With a Master’s degree in Instructional Media Development and Design and a Post-Graduate certification in Quantitative Approaches to Educational Leadership, I bring a deep, research-backed approach to eLearning and instructional design. Formerly a high school teacher and honored as Tribune Chronicle’s A+ Teacher of the Year, my career evolved into senior instructional design, where I’ve created over 100 courses and programs on diverse topics, from Cryptocurrencies and FINRA examinations to Physical Therapy Doctorate programs, Social Emotional Learning, DEI, and technical training programs. As an individual with a disability, I am committed to ensuring all programs meet web accessibility standards, making learning accessible and inclusive for everyone. My experience as a Senior Instructional Design Manager has equipped me with the skills to design effective, engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of varied audiences and industries, driven by a passion for advancing education through innovative digital solutions.
